Heather Calderone has nearly 22 years years of experience in the insurance industry. Heather began her career in 2000 where she learned the value of customer service in the insurance industry. Upon graduating from the University at Buffalo, she was quickly promoted to agent and put her insurance expertise to use. Her responsibilities included hiring, training and developing licensed insurance agents in New York.

In 2016, Heather founded Calderone Agency of WNY Inc. to better serve her clients. She realized that in order to meet the needs of her clients, she needed to represent many different companies. She is now able to place your insurance with the company that will best suit your needs, giving you more coverage for your money.
